Where is my order? How can I track it?
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. You will receive an additional notification once it is out for delivery.

Note: We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit but please contact us, we're here for you.

Oh No! My candle(s) are broken, what are my options?
We are so sorry your order is damaged. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. 

Can I send products as gifts?
Absolutely! As you are placing your order, in the message section, add “ Note to sender”, type whatever you like and we will add a personalized note from you!

Can I reuse my jar?
You sure can. Once the wax has reached ¼ remaining in the jar, scrape out the wax, or place it in the oven at a low temp of 175 and clean it with soap and water ( a little rubbing alcohol works too). We also use the jars for plants, pens and pencil, and other nic-naks.

What are the candles made out of?
The Mood Co. candles are made with a proprietary blend of Coconut wax. Since we use coconut wax, our scent throw will not be the same as paraffin and other toxic candles with other additives. Our candles will be able to achieve a nice scent throw in a medium-sized room depending on the size of the candle.

Uh, sorry but I am not a fan of my candle… Can I exchange it?
Aww man. We are sorry you weren't a fan of the scent. Reach out to us via info@themoodcomp.com, and will we do our best to resolve the issue.
